Car Rental Cancellations Policy and Refund

• If renter cancels more than a week before the rental starts, they will receive a full refund.

• If renter cancels within 7 to 3 days before the rental starts, they will receive a 50% refund of the rental fee.

• If renter cancels less than 48 hours before the rental starts, no refund will be provided.

Attraction Cancellations Policy and Refund

• Any cancellation or refund request is subject to the operator’s policy. ULTRA TRAVEL SDN BHD will request the refund from the operator and transfer the same amount received from the operator.

• For activities cancelled or postponed by the operator due to bad weather, maintenance, riot, war, natural disaster, disease outbreak, or government order, the refund request is subject to the operator’s policy. ULTRA TRAVEL SDN BHD will request the refund from the operator and transfer the same amount received from the operator.
